Meet the Team

Raring Stars delivered our first holiday club in 2023. The co-founders have both worked with children in sport and wider childcare for multiple years. The goal of Raring Stars is to provide the best childcare and children’s activities anywhere in the world.

  • Co-Founder and CEO

    Jack is a co-founder and CEO of Raring Stars, and is the Designated Safeguarding Lead of the company.

    Jack is a Level 3 qualified nursery practitioner (Early Years Educator) and a law graduate from the University of Oxford. He has multiple years of experience in childcare, education, and children’s sport.

    In 2020, Jack began working in toddler and pre-school football as a Lead Football Coach for children from ages one to five. A few years later, Jack took on a leadership role as a Franchise Partner responsible for football classes across five locations.

    In 2021, whilst still in his Lead Coach role, he began coaching at holiday clubs, and just a few months later took on the role of Head Coach. Since then, he has worked in leadership roles at holiday clubs with children ages four to fifteen, managing multiple successful clubs across different areas.

    Jack’s education experience includes time in primary schools, as well as lots of Early Years experience in both private and school nurseries. He has worked across Early Years, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2, with the majority of his experience as a nursery practitioner caring for children between a few months old and four years old.

    James is a co-founder and CEO of Raring Stars, and is the Deputy Safeguarding Lead of the company.

    James is a Level 3 qualified nursery practitioner (Early Years Educator) and a sports coaching graduate from LJMU. He has years of experience across childcare, education, and children’s sport.

    Ultimately becoming a Franchise Partner responsible for football classes across five locations, James’ toddler/pre-school football experience began in 2020 as a Lead Football Coach for children under five.

    Whilst still in his Lead Coach role, a year later, he began coaching at holiday clubs where he became a Head Coach. Since then, he has managed a number of successful clubs across different areas, providing provision for children ages four to fifteen.

    James’ education experience includes time in primary schools, as well as lots of Early Years experience. He has worked with both Early Years and upper age groups, with significant time spent with Reception (FS2) children and as a practitioner in a private nursery setting.
